What will you be doing?

Coordinate and submit grant applications

Oversee the implementation of a non-formal education projects
-
Ensure project activities comply with the policies of the organization
-
Collaborate with stakeholders on the development and execution of project plans and monitoring processes and results achieved against the project indicators
-
Develop and follow implementation plans and timetables
-
Submit monitoring and evaluation reports for grants
-
Collaborate with teaching staff and volunteers to design a curriculum tailored to student’s needs and support its implementation through guidance and review when necessary
-
Forecast and monitor budget burn down
What are we looking for?
-
Enthusiastic about NGOs and social causes
-
Passionate about tech and flexible with time
-
University degree from an accredited academic institution preferably in Education Policy, or other education related discipline
-
Experience in delivering training programmes is a plus
-
Native Greek speaker, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-
Well-organised, efficient and able to work independently
-
Minimum 1-year practical experience in humanitarian response, preferably on refugees’ education
-
Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and in writing
