What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and submit grant applications

• Oversee the implementation of a non-formal education projects

• Ensure project activities comply with the policies of the organization

• Collaborate with stakeholders on the development and execution of project plans and monitoring processes and results achieved against the project indicators

• Develop and follow implementation plans and timetables

• Submit monitoring and evaluation reports for grants

• Collaborate with teaching staff and volunteers to design a curriculum tailored to student’s needs and support its implementation through guidance and review when necessary

• Forecast and monitor budget burn down

 

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic about NGOs and social causes

• Passionate about tech and flexible with time

• University degree from an accredited academic institution preferably in Education Policy, or other education related discipline 

• Experience in delivering training programmes is a plus

• Native Greek speaker, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 

• Well-organised, efficient and able to work independently 

• Minimum 1-year practical experience in humanitarian response, preferably on refugees’ education

• Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and in writing
